Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Location: North West and Scotland

Salary: OTE £65k

As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in their expansion and success.

They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee and manage our sales efforts in the North West and Scottish region. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of two Business Development Managers (BDMs) and driving business growth in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of two Business Development Managers to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and territory plan to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyse market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and market insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, budget adherence, and market trends to senior management.
  • Act as the point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure their prompt resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and territory management, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of the Tyre/Car parts industry is essential.
